You can’t, and mining is being replaced by POS - which can’t be done on your phone yet. Maybe someday after the merge and sharding is established, but that’s debatable. However, you can stake small amounts of ETH via Coinbase and several other exchanges. Or, if you have 32 ETH and some hardware, you can set up your own node. But this does take some tech skills. If you have 32 ETH and don’t want to do the hardware and tech maintenance, you can set up a node through allnodes.
