There is data on how deeply women are stuck in the caregiving roles, how much employees are incentivized to take a job that requires longer hours and how and how frankly this isn’t just a female parent’s issue - long work hours are an issue for everyone!

There are also juicy anecdotes and sassy comments I couldn’t leave in the article.
